Helpful Information
- Pay fines or court costs on NJMCDirect.com -Court ID 0209
- To pay by check/money order, kindly utilize the lockbox provided in the main hallway. We will mail a receipt upon processing.
- To schedule a court date/dispute a summons, call 201-768-1160 or utilize the online Dispute Resolution via NJMCDirect.com
- Online Municipal Case Resolution NJMC direct has been enhanced to include access to the new Online Municipal Case Resolution System. To dispute a case, new users will be required to create a User ID and password in order to register and log into the Online Municipal Case Resolution System.

Additionally, if you wish to plead not guilty on a summons, you may do so at NJMCdirect.com by utilizing the Online Dispute option.

Important Information
There is a box outside the Borough Hall in which payment can be left. Make sure the envelope is marked Demarest Municipal Court. If you would like a receipt, please include a self-addressed envelope.
