NOTICE OF ADOPTION ORDINANCE NO. 1180-26

AN ORIDNANCE BY THE BOROUGH OF DEMAREST AMENDING THE BOROUGH OF DEMAREST CODE OF ORDINANCES TO REPEAL CHAPTER 175 ZONING ORDINANCE; TO ADOPT A NEW CHAPTER 175 ZONING ORDINANCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the above Ordinance was introduced and passed upon first reading by title at a meeting of the Borough Council of the Borough of Demarest on April 27, 2026 and passed on second and final reading at a regularly scheduled Meeting of the Mayor and Council on May 11, 2026.  A copy of the Ordinance is on file and available for inspection in the Borough Clerk’s Office at Borough Hall, 118 Serpentine Rd, Demarest New Jersey, during normal business hours.
