- 9:30am Parade assembles at Demarest Middle School (DMS)
- 10:00am Parade departs DMS towards Wakelee Field
- 10:10am Arrival at wakelee and ceremony
- 10:30am Food is served and music continues
- 11:30am Wrap-up and clean-up begins
- Noon - games begin on all fields
